RichoffStitches LLC – Shipping Policy
Production & Processing Time
Each item is custom-made and carefully handcrafted. Please allow approximately 3–5 weeks for production and order processing, not including weekends or holidays. Orders submitted after 5:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) on Fridays will begin processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.
Rush Orders
Rush services may be available for an additional charge. However, all expedited requests must be approved by me prior to payment and fulfillment.
Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
Most orders are shipped using USPS Ground, which typically arrives within 3–4 business days after shipment. Faster shipping methods, including USPS Priority and other expedited services, can be selected during checkout. Once your package has been shipped, tracking details will be sent via email or text. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Correct Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned to RichoffStitches LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be required to pay for reshipping.
We do not offer refunds for orders sent to the wrong address, missed deliveries, or unclaimed packages. RichoffStitches LLC is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, RichoffStitches LLC is no longer responsible for the package. If your order is lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
International Shipping
We offer USPS First-Class International and USPS Priority Mail International shipping options. Available methods may vary depending on the destination and will be shown at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Any customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer. RichoffStitches LLC does not calculate or collect these charges. Buyers are encouraged to review their country’s import regulations before placing an order. If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid fees or restrictions, shipping costs will not be refunded.
