Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, RichoffStitches LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. Each item is specifically created for the customer, which makes it ineligible for resale.

Please ensure that all order details—including sizing, design choices, and shipping information—are correct before completing your purchase.

RichoffStitches LLC is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect selections made by the customer at checkout.
